Abstract
The OTA is a widely used analog processing block. In today world, the development of OTA with very low conductivity and improved linearity has been mainly used in biomedical applications such as Electrocardiogram, Electroencephalogram, Electromyogram etc. In this paper presented an OTA that is especially designed for low voltage supply, low power consumption and application which uses low frequency such as biomedical application and low frequency applications like for the medical applications. The OTA is the part of an analog integrated circuits for many wireless applications. In this paper presented an ultralow low power low transconductance nanoscale CMOS primarily based OTA is bestowed for medicine ECG Application. To achieve a awfully low transconductance with low power the OTA ought to operate in sub threshold region. In this design 90 nm CMOS technology is used with ±0.35 V supply voltage. The transconductance value of the OTA is 64.24 nS for Electrocardiogram Application which can be tuned by varying in control voltage Vc. The 3-db cutoff frequency required for Electrocardiogram is 250 Hz and the proposed OTA design has the power consumption which is below 6 nW.
