Abstract
Tomotherapy is a method of rotational IMRT technique which gives highly conformal dose solutions. It has been found very useful in situations like craniospinal irradiation and breast radiotherapy. The chapter describes about history types and basic principles of tomotherapy. Further planning aspects are discussed in detail in planning.
