Abstract

The traditional reliability evaluation method of power communication network ignores the factors of transmission service carried by the communication network, which lacks the consideration of the importance of service link. It is difficult to effectively and comprehensively study the reliability of the whole communication network. Based on the actual operation of power system communication network, this paper first proposes a link contribution model from the perspective of topological structure, the model can calculate the reliability contribution value of different links to the whole network, and then we establish a reliability evaluation model of power communication network based on the importance of service link. Finally, an example of backbone network topology is given to verify the rationality and validity of the model.
