Abstract
The goals of the research are to analyse the social security measures that influence the women workers in the shoe factory the perceptions to willingness to pay (WTP) for insurance behaviour of the workers and to study the working condition of the workers and health of the women workers in the study region. Population of this research is all households of Ambur taluk. Sampling method is done by simple random method that is used to collect the primary data. The amount of respondents is 100 units analyse (householder) in different factories. The data are analysed with the help of SPSS descriptive analyses and willingness to pay for insurance is analysed with the help of logistic regression analysis, the results that only age and educational qualification influence to WTP insurance of the women workers in the shoe factory.
