Due to the historical causes, the contents of Relatives Inheritance Law of State of Manchuria have been lost, and it is a pity in the educational circles. The Civil Code of State of Manchuria includes three volumes, namely, general provisions, property right and creditor’s right. Refer to Yang (2011).

The reason why the judgment instruments registered in 2016 (namely, case number is “2016”) are extracted is that the published quantity of judgment instruments whose case number is “2015” and before is obviously fewer than that of judgment instruments whose case number is “2016”, according to the analysis of 40,000,000 judgment instruments, though China Judgments Online started publishing the judgment instruments in 2014. Therefore, the incomplete publishing may exist. As of January 31, 2018, the judgment instruments whose case number is “2017” were not completely published. Therefore, relatively complete judgment instruments whose case number is “2016” are published for statistics.
