Abstract
This chapter mainly involves providing the whole landscape of Chinese faculty development from Chinese institutional perspective. A couple of experts and scholars in the field of Chinese faculty development are invited to examine the problems, difficulties, and strategies of Chinese faculty development contextually. Overall speaking, there are 40 interview transcripts, focusing on both high-frequency words and the key points.
