Abstract
Even though the international market is sluggish and world trade has tended to further decline, since 2015, China has remained the largest bulk cargo import and export country in the world. The percentage of the total volume of trade between China and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative roadmap has increased from 16.5% in 2001 to 25.1% in 2015, indicating that the trade connection between China and countries along the Belt and Road has become increasingly closer. Due to China’s industry integrity and export commodity diversity, the consumption and production demands of most countries can be satisfied.
