In the international competition in the 21st century, the cultural industry has increasingly become an important means for various countries to prevail in both ideological and economic competition. Since the beginning of the 21st century, China has given unprecedented importance to the cultural industry.

    “The enterprise above the designated size” is a statistical term. The State develops different requirements for the scale of enterprises in different industries; generally, annual output is taken as the standard for enterprise scale; the enterprises which reach the standard are called the enterprises above the designated size; the enterprises above the designated size are divided into several categories, such as extra-large enterprises, large enterprises, medium-sized enterprises, and small enterprises. The State generally compiles statistical data on the enterprises above the designated size.
