Abstract
Technical innovations in wireless sensor provided a way to the expansion of low-power and low-cost tiny sensor nodes with multiple functions. Routing problems in sensor networks done by network layer. As radio reception and transmission ingests huge quantity of energy, so investigation on power is the main factor. Energy management is consequently a crucial issue in wireless networks. The present study includes scheming routing protocols which need smaller amount of energy throughout the communication as a result prolonging the network lifetime. In various applications, replacement of node or charging the node battery is very expensive work. This paper delivers comparison analysis of different variant of PEGASIS protocol and also different variants of LEACH protocol. Finally, performance analysis of MIEEP routing protocol with adapted LEACH protocol using MATLAB tool has been analyzed which further reflects that MIEEP routing protocol shows better result compared to adapted LEACH protocol.
