Abstract
Over the years, with the evolution of the global Internet, global communication among people of the world has become a reality. Nevertheless, with the emergence of the Internet of Things (IoT), human-to-human communications have been transformed into communication between everything and everything that refers to human-to-human, human-to-machine and machine-to-machine communications altogether. As a result of it, IoT has been able to capture all spheres of human life like security and privacy provisioning, health care, recycling, environmental monitoring and so on. In this paper, we address the significance of IoT technology in the field of education in improving the efficiency of teaching and learning. Here, we discuss its implementation from various aspects of education like computer science education, medical education, distance education, consumer green education and so on.
