A Novel Approach for Data Security in Cloud Environment Using Image Segmentation and Image Steganography

Now days storage of data in cloud plays a vital role in any place but data security for cloud environment is a major problem now a days because the data is maintained and its is organized by third party from different locations of different places. Before storing the data in the cloud environment the user must and should give security from unauthorized access. So in this paper we proposed new algorithm to secure user data by using image Steganography and image Segmentation. In this the data is hidden different segments of image by using image segmentation. The performance of proposed algorithm is evaluated by considering various parameters like PSNR, MSE values and the results are compared with various existing algorithms for various sizes of images.
