Decision-making Analysis and Optimization Modeling of Emergency Warnings for Major Accidents

Abstract

In recent years, a number of frequent natural disasters and man-made catastrophic events happen occasionally (Gai et al. in Math Probl Eng 2015:1–17, 2015 [1], Chang et al. in Transp Res Part E 43:737–754, 2007 [2], Skidmore and Toya in Land Econ 89:101–117, 2013 [3]). As an emerging research area, emergency logistics management is attracting more and more attention of researchers.
