Abstract
This paper takes the architectural design of the bank office building as an example to carry out the related research. Its purpose is to summarize the typical characteristics of excellent office buildings and find out the general principles of office building design. It can provide valuable reference for similar project designs. The case analysis method is used in this study. The paper analyzes different aspects of the problem, which includes architectural function, spatial layout, architectural appearance design. Generally speaking, the successful office building design must be based on the needs of the people and deal with the relationship between the users and the architectural environment properly. The design concept should reflect the principle of people-oriented too.
