Abstract

Based on the PLC touch screen control elevator intelligent model design is a complete structure of small four layer four station elevator model. According to the actual life of the elevator reduction ratio, according to the standard of GB7588-2003, it is designed under the conditions of the same safety function while ensuring the strength to meet the requirements. It modifies the control and parameters of elevator through the touch screen connected with PLC, uses the monitoring system composed of configuration to monitor the elevator model in real time. Aiming at the training and cultivation of the elevator talent, an elevator model has been designed, closed to the real elevator’s structure and operational principle; employ HMI and configuration software to control and monitor the elevator model. It is convenient for institutions with elevator engineering to carry out elevator structure recognition and experiment about elevator, and enterprises can use elevator models to carry out training new recruits.
