Abstract
This introductory chapter sets the key concepts to be covered in the book, offering a map for theorizing the role of communication and the relationship between communication and social change. It lays out a framework to be explored throughout the book, setting up the key concepts and the ways in which these concepts are weaved into the methods and practices of social change communication.
