Abstract

Cerebral Palsy (CP) is the developmental brain abnormality recognized with Electroencephalogram (EEG) recording done in the human brain. The CP leads to other health problems such as speech, vision, and motor Ability. According to the study, the major number of CP patient is affected by Visual Dysfunction and Developmental Delay (DD). Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy is almost common for the entire CP Children. The proposed research is used to examine the misalignment of the eye and minimizes the ocular motor problems in an uncontrolled number of CP children with delayed developmental and also examine the Surveillance and Screening Factors for DD. So, we concluded that the Visual Techniques Method for Delayed Development will be useful for the diagnosis and therapy methodology of CP Children. The visual efficiency differs with each individual, so it is accurate to test every individual who has Visual Problem. From this, we conclude that the Cognitive Functional Vision Assessment may improve with Surveillance and Screening training.
