Abstract
A 45-year-old male patient presented for evaluation of a right neck mass. He noted a right neck mass 3 months ago, and it has grown in size since that time. He complained of mild compressive symptoms including difficulty swallowing, tightness in the neck, and discomfort and denied symptoms of hyperthyroidism. There was no personal history of radiation exposure or previous parathyroid exploration or thyroid surgery.
