Abstract
While natural language is complex and difficult for machines to interpret, it is not impossible to actually build usable and human-friendly natural language human–machine interfaces (HMIs) for use by masses. This monograph while dwelling into the complexities of language and grammar and capturing aspects that makes machine process natural language difficult also tries to show that there exist simple techniques and mechanisms which can make machine processing of natural language possible in a certain context of what is called transactional interactions.
