Abstract
This chapter explores the broad technological themes in the evolving enterprise landscape, including the key ICT technologies that will gain force, for example, cloud, AI/ML, IoT, drones, blockchain, and so on. The evolving role of the CTO/CIO is examined and the future demands of the role are discussed. Finally the current (indicative) ICT spend and its breakup in any organization were described.
