Abstract
The anterolateral thigh skin flap was a flap based on the lateral circumflex femoral artery, which could be made into a tensor fascia lata myocutaneous perforator flap pedicled with the ascending branch of the lateral circumflex femoral artery and an anterolateral thigh perforator flap pedicled with the descending branch of the lateral circumflex femoral artery.
