Abstract
This chapter covers corneal injuries including corneal abrasion, corneal foreign body injury, and corneal laceration. A corneal abrasion is a traumatic injury involving the corneal epithelium. A corneal foreign body injury refers to a foreign object intruding and embedded in any layer of the cornea. A corneal laceration is a partial- or full-thickness cut on the cornea. Twelve cases are presented with brief descriptions, illustrating figures, and personal tips and peals, aiming to provide a guide to the diagnosis and management of corneal injury.
