Abstract
In the previous chapter, we have explored the literature pertaining to social sustainability and their importance to the supply chain. In addition, we have also explored the relationship between social sustainability and the supply chain performance. In order to achieve our research objectives, in this chapter, we discuss step by step research design for both qualitative and quantitative research in detail.
