Abstract

President Xi Jinping is the first national leader to put forward the concept of cyber sovereignty in the world. China has voiced a lot in cyberspace sovereignty, including the leaders' speech, laws and regulations, documents, international bilateral agreements and so on, which clearly put forward the view of cyberspace sovereignty.
