Abstract
This paper is about use cases of congestive heart failure. The purpose of this paper is to know through the use of the congestive heart failure use cases the currently developing smart patch at some stage to apply to patients with congestive heart failure. This smart patch has a total of three sensors. The sensor is an electrocardiogram, acceleration, impedance. We examined definitions, symptoms, causes, diagnosis, and methods of congestive heart failure and we have described the process from the stage where the patient first visited the hospital to the stage where he or she is discharged to the hospital, as a total of ten stages of use cases. The smart patch currently under development can be applied at the stage of confirming the therapeutic effect of congestive heart failure patients.
