Abstract

A large number of variants of mouse prion protein have a well defined β2-α2 loop. Other species such as bank vales, tammar wallabies, elks, rabbits, horses, pigs, and Syrian hamsters also have a well defined β2-α2 loop. This Chapter is to MD study these species to see the movement of this loop during a long time of MD.
