Abstract
President George W. Bush articulates his vision of a world witnessing the swiftest advance of freedom led by the democratic influence of the US Freedom is expected to unleash creativity as it strengthens the wealth of nations. The President postulates “Freedom is both the plan of Heaven for humanity and the best hope for progress here on Earth.”
