Abstract

To keep the users’ multimedia data secure and private in the cloud, this paper designs and implements a secure multimedia storage system based on HDFS platform. The system provides different client software for windows and android to encrypt users’ data before outsourcing to the cloud. And only the data user owns the encryption key so that it will prevent sensitive information leakage from the cloud server or malicious attackers. This paper designs an experiment to show the validity and effectiveness of the system.
