Abstract
Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is an intergovernmental agency founded in the year of 1988 by World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to evaluate the current situation of scientific knowledge about climate changes, the impacts of climate changes on societies and economies, and the possible countermeasures for adaption to and mitigation of climate changes.
