Abstract

To meet the development requirements of high-efficiency, low-cost, and better water flooding effect, Changqing Oil field keeps constantly optimizing oil field produced water treatment technologies and equipments. And the integrated device for produced water treatment was developed. The device adopts the following techniques: dissolved air flotation without dosing, microbial oil removal, shallow layer medium filtration, and ultraviolet sterilization. It has the advantages of skid-mounted structure, standardization, digitization, automation, good water treatment, and convenience management. The device was proved to be efficient and economic equipment after more than two years of operation and has a prominent prospect in oil field ground construction.
