Abstract
Face liposuction can be divided into two areas: cheek and double chin. The amount of face fat and skin elasticity are the most important operation determinants for face liposuction. Knowledge and understanding of each area of the face is required. There are some cases in which operation is not suitable, even if patients want face liposuction. This can be checked by pinching the face fat with the fingers. There seems to be a large quantity of fat in the face, but the actual amount of fat is not large because of the loss of skin elasticity. This commonly occurs in cases in which face liposuction is not suitable.
