Abstract

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee, with comrade Xi Jinping as General Secretary, has proceeded from the overall situation and historical perspective to outline an important strategic line of thought to comprehensively intensify the reform and make a number of breakthroughs in reform theories and policies.
