Abstract

Chapter 16 described the collection and analysis of the quantitative data in the research project funded by the HKSAR Government . This chapter describes the collection, analysis and findings of the data emanating from a complementary qualitative study. The chapter begins with a description of the data collection and its analysis, after which it then describes each of the major areas that emerged from the data analysis [Note 1].
