Abstract
For a one-sided truncated exponential family (oTEF) of distributions with a truncation parameter \(\gamma \) and a natural parameter \(\theta \) as a nuisance parameter, the maximum likelihood estimation on \(\gamma \) is discussed together with a bias-adjustment.
