Abstract

This chapter reviews the literature of AD determinants and the effects of AD implementation. We intensively analyze Mexico’s AD use, as it is the most frequent AD user in the world. We describe the evolution of the institutional and legislative system of the Mexican AD law, specifically, the Mexican legal and administrative background in AD policies. We also analyze the different patterns of Mexico’s AD implementation against China and other major targeted countries.
