Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China has made great progress in terms of broadcast and television communication capacities. However, compared with developed countries, there remains a large gap. Now, with the rapid integration of global politics, economy and culture, China’s international communication capacities of radio and television are to be subjected to tests and challenges. The international communication capacities are closely connected to the construction of national soft power and cultural security of a country.
