Abstract

Identifying and managing risks in business processes is of major concern for almost all organizations. Risks can be a major threat to the organization and can hamper its reputation and cause them financial loss. Organizations need ways to deal with various types of risks. This paper provides an approach to deal with operational risks. The proposed approach will reduce the time to resolve an incident. Robobank dataset has been used to determine the risks in their incident and problem management systems and then an algorithm has been proposed to minimize risks.
