Abstract
This invited talk is mainly based on joint work of Ahmedul Kabir, Carolina Ruiz, Sergio A. Alvarez, and Majaz Moonis. There are two parts of this talk. The first part deals with imaging in acute ischemic and second is devoted to a comparison of conventional Regression with Machine Learning Methods for Stroke Outcome Prediction. The second part is based on Kabir et al., Indian J. Indust. Appl. Math. 7(2), 12, 2016 [4].
