After the developmental course of cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong is summarized, Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation is comprehensively evaluated from the perspectives of China’s reform and opening up and the East Asian Model, followed by pointing out that Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation is the epitome and successful chapter of China’s reform and opening up, and its industrial transfer and institutional innovation not only reflect the characteristics of East Asian development but also innovate the East Asian Model, bringing about a new miracle in East Asian development.
