Abstract

It is hard to conduct an integrated training in one time toward all personnel, since there is a large number of people involved in the mega construction project. Therefore, for the mega construction project, environmental training shall be conducted stage by stage to be more effective on all on-site management staff and on-site construction workers. We recommend the following stages.
