Abstract

In the True 3D GIS system, obtaining and modeling of 3D geometric data is the key problem. This paper studies the concept, steps, and method of designing and realizing true 3D visualized campus map with MapGIS K9 software, Daogle Google interceptor, 3DMAX, Photoshop, enhancing the acquisition speed of 3D geometric data and solving the problems such as integration of MapGIS K9 software and 3DMAX software models with Shenzhen Polytechnic as an example to realize the 3D visualized campus.
