Abstract

When a simulation turntable is delivered to users, the general magnetic analysis method is applied to test the magnetic field intensity on the fitting surface of load by using some special instruments (e.g. Gauss meter). This paper proposes an approach for analysis of magnetic disturbance by modeling and simulation based on Ansoft Maxwell, considering the disturbances can not be determined before the simulation turntable is used with load, such as the gyro. By modeling the simulation turntable and the load, calculating the magnetic distribution around them, we can realize whether the simulation turntable interferes with load is validated and the interference magnitude is also reflected. By comparing the simulation analysis and experimental results, the proposed method can accurately analyse the magnetic filed generated by the simulation turntable to avoid the test error which may influence or damage the product.
