Abstract

Traditional classroom education has the distinctive features of interactivity and promptness, and cannot be replaced by distant education nowadays. Computer becomes essential equipment in classroom and plays a core role in modern education. In this paper we make effort on human-computer interaction to improve the efficiency of student learning and the performance of teacher. An interaction system based on management of students’ emotions is presented to prompt the experience of interactive teaching and learning. As analyzing the relationship of emotion and learning, we suggest educational methods corresponding to our proposed system. We also design and implement the interaction system with the algorithm of emotion recognition and emotion management.
