Abstract

Decent work may indicate decent workplace, but decent workplace may not ensure decent work. The chapter provides insights on the distinction between measurement of decent work at meso-level and micro-level. To put it simply, the chapter briefs the reader about how decent work can be assessed at workplace/company/industry level (meso-level) and how the tools of measurement are different at employee or individual level (micro-level).
