Abstract
The evaluation of community public health services (CPHS) has received increasing attention in today’s social environment. This study focuses on developing an evaluation model to test the quality of community public health service organizations, (CPHS) using a fuzzy Delphi method and weighted TOPSIS method. The main contributions of this paper are the evaluation system for reconstructive community public health service systems by using specific cases. Specifically, it can save resources in a reliable way by adopting a quantifiable evaluation index system, utilising software calculation methods, and combining the construction services. Moreover, the system can be easily used in CPHSO building after disasters.
