Abstract
As alluded to in the previous, a good test is one that suits its purpose and the students it is meant for. There may not be perfect match between a test and the kind of students to be tested; there need a reasonable close match, nevertheless. However, teachers may assess their students with tests which are beyond the levels of the students. This is out-of-level testing, a practice which has generated a lot of controversial discussion especially in the USA.
