Notes

  1. 1.

“Traffic Right” is a concept in international air transport, appeared first on the 1944 International Civil Aviation Conference in Chicago; it is also termed the “Right of the Free Sky.” Historically, setting the “Traffic Right” is an instrument for protecting a nation’s aviation resource. In today’s trend of globalized economy, not opening the “Traffic Right” is construed as a hindrance to a country’s air transport. The 3rd Traffic Right refers to the landing right of passengers and cargos in the destination; the 4th Traffic Right refers to the right of passengers and cargos departing from the destination; and the 5th Traffic Right refers to the right as intermediate point and extension node.
