Abstract

This study’s research background, research problems, and objectives, as well as research hypothesis and significance are introduced in this chapter. Fundamentally, this study aims to evaluate the FM service quality in Singapore’s hospitals from the patient’s perspective and to provide effective ways to improve FM to achieve patient satisfaction. The structure of the book is also presented here.
