Abstract

It is acknowledged that water management is notoriously compartmentalized into specialties of different aspects. This fragmentation has frequently and urgently appealed a much more integrated approach to coordinate water-related interests in tandem, of which integrated water resources management regime proposed by the international water community is regarded as a great achievement.
