Abstract
I use an autobiographical style to describe my introduction to Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) and subsequent experiences as a practitioner and teacher of the art. In so doing, I address some of the key tenets of JSJ and illustrate its applications as a self-help practice, complement to Western medicine, and practice that can be used to harmonize the body and sustain good health.
