Abstract
This chapter argues that co-operation between teachers, students and other groups is important for quality in education. According to Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG, 2015), quality in higher education (HE) is basically a result of interaction between teachers, students and the institutional learning environment.
